11:30am Dana + second shooter arrive at The Grand to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
12:30pm Bride gets into her gown; second shooter meets the groom to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
1:15pm Everyone heads to church; second shooter to photograph ceremony details upon arrival
2pm Ceremony
2:30pm Everyone heads downtown for photos
3:15pm Combined family photos, wedding party photos, and bride/groom portraits in downtown Charleston
5pm Everyone heads to The Grand for cocktail hour
5:30pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception space details at this time
6:30pm Reception begins
7:30pm Photography coverage ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
